About Me

My
Story

Sport has always been my way of life.
From a young age, I was drawn to movement — hiking in the mountains, flipping through parks with freerunning and gymnastics. Every winter, I lived for skiing.
Every summer, I was outside, moving, exploring, training.

As I grew older, my passion for performance led me to study training science and sports education. After college, I worked as a fitness trainer for three years, helping others build strength, mobility, and confidence through movement.

That experience shaped me. It taught me discipline, coaching, and how the body truly works. Eventually, I pushed further — I joined the special forces, where mental toughness and physical performance became part of my everyday life.

But one day, during a mission, I tore my ACL. That injury changed everything. It wasn’t just about pain or rehab — it was about identity. I lost access to the mountains, to skiing, to freedom of movement. For a while, I felt blocked — physically and mentally.

But I didn’t stop.
I rebuilt myself from the ground up. I studied movement even deeper. I trained smart. I moved with purpose

Now, I’m back — stronger, freer, more powerful than ever.
I ski freeride. I climb. I run. I train hard in the gym.
And most importantly — I move without fear.

This journey isn’t just a training program. It’s a reflection of everything I’ve lived through and built to help others conquer their own mountains, both physical and mental.

As athlete who’ve spent years on the slopes, in the mountains, and under heavy loads  I know what it takes to move with purpose, overcome injury, and train for real world demands.
